What should I bring to class?

Please bring an apron and a pen as well as practical (closed-toe) kitchen shoes. Knives and all other materials are provided in class unless you are otherwise notified.

The cancellation policy applies to all events that Rooted Nutrition does promotion and registration for. Classes hosted by other organizations are subject to their cancellation and refund policies. 

While we take every effort to be clear about what’s on the menu, and keep kitchen practices that minimize the possibility of cross-contamination, if you have severe allergies, please let us know! Email us at rootednutrition@gmail.com to give us a heads-up/more info on your particular allergies.

We do have this health disclaimer, as the kitchens we use are not allergen-free specific. So we cannot guarantee that foods will be allergen-free, but you are welcome to come to class to learn, get recipes and tips. Tasting is of course your choice and is at your own risk.

We are only insured to cover adults at the venues that we rent! There are specific exceptions: If the host organization that hires our instructors are insured for youth/children and it is held at their venue, or if the event is a private event held in your home. A health disclaimer needs to be signed by the guardian/parent before class.

Gift cards are redeemable for any regular series class (this time, held at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition). The classes are valued at the current rate (so if prices have changed, you will be charged/refunded the difference). The gift certificates are not redeemable for any Rooted Nutrition products or for classes held outside of the regular session classes (such as for special events, private classes etc.) You can contact us here and let us know your gift certificate number, name and we’ll apply it to your next class purchase.
