We charge by the session, not by the hour so that you don’t feel rushed. Sessions average 1- 1.5 hours.
Getting to know you:
Individual 3 Session Package– $275
This program is a 3-visit package with email support in between meetings
Health goals, diet, lifestyle, history and motivation will be assessed.
Personalized recommendations for diet, lifestyle and supplements. Recipes, grocery lists, weekly meal plans as needed.
Checking on progress, additional support and planning for your next steps.

Jenn is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a Degree in Human Kinetics. She is currently obtaining her Professional Plant-Based Certification through Rouxbe Cooking School and is an active volunteer in the health and wellness community. Jenn passionately advocates for a whole-foods based diet to optimize personal health and wellbeing. An avid food lover and active in the community, you can find Jenn working with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, shopping her neighborhood farmers market, exploring culinary hot-spots, and hiking local trails.
